Getting ready for baby?
My husband & I found out we were pregnant at 3-4 weeks, & so we have had many people offering us furniture, toys, stuff for baby & I have been so afraid to bring it into the house because I guess I'm superstitious. But we're opening up a restaurant in July & then my husband will be working 2 jobs & not be at home to help me with the baby's room, so we were planning on starting to work on the baby's room in May (I'm 14 weeks right now). Is that too early? I'm really nervous about this, but we have nowhere else to keep the furniture people are giving us (twin bed for a parent, Baby Bed, Changing Table, dresser, baby swing, etc). Did anyone else start so soon? I'm terrified of losing the baby so I'm very worried!
Forgot to add, I'm not talking about decorating the room & all that, but just moving the furniture in the room!
I started and finished my babies room within the first few months. Im glad I did because the last few months I definetely didnt have the energy or patience to put the crib together and what not. And having the basics like furniture out of the way early you can save the last few moments of your pregnancy nesting and decorating the room! Good luck
