Sudden onset extremely heavy feeling / hard to move arms/head?
Hello,
I am a nurse but cannot figure this out. This has never happened to me before, but I was just sitting at my table about 5 minutes ago when suddenly I felt 50 pounds heavier. It is hard for me to lift up my arms, I have to consciously think about it and try harder than usual. I feel like laying down on the couch so I don't tip over, my left side feels heaviest. My shoulders and my head also feels heavy which gives me a top-heavy, dizzy feeling. I'm 22 - also having a littl ebit of numbness in my left arm, tingling under my left ribcage. No vision changes. Pulse 64 BPM - normal for me.
12 hours ago I took 1 pseudophedrine (30 mg), and I doubt that would have anything to do with it but maybe... today was the first time I had ever taken psuedophedrine so I don't know I guess.
I'm a little bit nervous - I have no fever, my facial expressions are symmetrical.
What could it be?
I would say it is caused by two things. In depression your heart and lungs are slowed down. Added to that some auricular manipulation either intentionally or accidentally can remove the energy of the body. The same can be felt in revese if the stimulus excites the aura. As far as medication goes I cant guess but I would immagine it is all in the book eh.
