Altering height for table rows with CSS (Only Chrome not working)?
It works fine in Firefox and IE but the height doesn't change in Chrome.

since the C of CSS stands for Cascading, one should know even if there are other css rules in action, and how the html code looks like. to obtain simply a "colored title bar" containing the text "welcome to the .. forums" i wouldn't use nothing special; something like
