i feel too weak after my 2nd delivery?
i just had a second baby 3 weeks ago. first one is 2 yrs old. i get so tired and feel pain inside my bones even after doin little bit of work. and for that i have to take painkillers almost daily. i told my midwife about that ,she said i am aneamic and my GP prescirbed me iron tables(ferrous sulphate) but i dont think so they would work alot. i dont have anyone to pressurise me to do loads of work daily like cleaning,cooking,laundry etc. i mean to say my husband is quite co-operative in this matter .i just have to look after kids but i get so tired..dunno is this because of sleeplessness or weakness,changing weather of UK or what. i have lost bit of my appetite after delivery as well but rest is fine and nothing serious and i try to eat nutritious food when i am hungry..i am just worried about these body aches. i wanna know why does this happen and what should i do? i want to be an active and energetic mum for my kids. please suggest something :S
Have your thyroid checked. 3 weeks after delivery is not the time to be active and energetic. Have family provide the energy for the older kids. Rest, and bond with the baby. Go in to see your doctor.
