Please read if you have traveled with a newborn?
I will be traveling with my newborn when she is going to be just under 3 months old. It's going to be a 4 hour flight, and this is my first baby so I have no idea what to expect when traveling with her so I have a few questions.
Do you check in your stroller/car seat with your regular luggage? (Does it cost more depending on the airline?)
Do they have a fold down Changing Table in the bathroom?
Do they let women with babies on the airplane first? Do I have to make prior arrangements for this?
Any other advice you would offer??

I would sit right by you on an airplane, just to piss you off.
This will be an easy stage to fly with. Baby will most likely sleep the majority of the flight in your arms so you shouldn't have any issues. Do try to feed or offer a pacifier for take offs and landings, though, as this will help her ears adjust to the pressure.
To answer your questions: With most airlines you can gate check strollers and car seats(if being used in a travel system). This means you wheel them up with you to your departing gate and they will stow them underneath the plane and also have them waiting for you when you get off the plane at any layovers and your final destination. Generally there isn't any fee for infant traveling devices but you'll want to check with the specific airline you're using.
Most bathrooms have changing tables(either ones that fold from the wall or just a table that's connected to the wall) in their bathrooms. You'll still want to carry along a Changing Mat just in case, though.
Also at most gates they will make an announcement prior to boarding that states if you need extra time boarding(handicapped or have small children) then go ahead and board. You can ask at the gate you're boarding at, though, to make sure of this.
