Choosing a safe Baby Changing table
Diapering can be messy and uncomfortable for both parent and baby. A Changing Table makes the task much less troublesome by creating a safe and comfortable place for baby that is also comfortable and convenient for a parent to use. Guardrails:

This is important because although guardrails do not replace safety straps they are an extra safety feature. They also come in pretty handy to keep things like powder and wipes from falling off. Even if baby is strapped in, never walk away- always keep one hand on baby.

Many changing tables have great storage drawers built right in, some have open shelving with nice baskets and others are open and waiting for your decorative and organizational stamp. If you want to hide things away then drawers are for you but if you like things open, baskets are great. You’ll need enough storage to put plenty of diapers in easy reach, along with creams, creams, ointments, powders, washcloths, wipes, wipe warmers, a million other necessities, not to mention extra clothes.
