Decorating a baby's room/nursery?

Should there be a theme?A level of safety? What about colors for a baby girl? Should there be more furniture than just a crib and a Changing Table? Should there be a rocker? I'm clueless!

I never had a theme, but it does look cute. Any colors you want will do just fine. My five year old has a hot pink room and she has loved it for years. I never liked rockers for putting my baby to sleep. A recliner that rocks is much more comfortable and you can use it longer. You will also need somewhere to put your baby's cloths = a dresser. Then you'll need somewhere to put toys = toy box or toy rack or shelf.

You can start off with the Crib And Changing Table, then as you see that you need more furniture, buy what works for you.
